The world has gone high definition, and people want it! There are now 63 HD channels on Bell Satellite, compared to 21 HD for the local cable-company.

We’ve had a lot of success so far with our program to put free Satellite TV into show homes. So much success, in fact, that this offer is open to only six more Calgary & area builders. Look To The Future!
One of the biggest trends in the last couple of years is in the television industry. The world has gone high definition! It should come as no surprise that satellite television carries more high definition programming than cable TV (63 versus 21 channels). It’s a copper wire versus a massive bandwidth available through the airwaves. High definition programming uses a considerable amount more bandwidth, which plays strongly towards the strengths of satellite television.
We are noticing many builders are very much ahead of the technology curve, and are making sure their new projects are wired with satellite television in mind. Others, however, are still lagging behind and are still only putting in very basic television wiring into their projects. In particular, some builders are simply dumping wires for satellite television into attics of their new homes, with no panel box on the outside to access these wires!
